Have you thought of making one yourself or do you like the look of the bought ones.

I put an airflow one on my D1 and i had to stuff around to get mine to fit, mainly because you have to move the airbox in about 2 n to fit the adaptor on which connects to the snorkel. Also the finish on the snorkel looks was a bit rough and doesn't quite sit flush with the guard. If i had my chance again i'd pay the extra money for a safari and get it fitted by someone else.

Yer i had thought about makeing my own but a sever lack of motavation rules that out though, yours looks pretty good is that 4 inch pipe ?

Keithy47, the main reason for the snorkel is to get the air box out of the way so i caan put in another battery, good info on the airflow i was looking at them because of price but i think i'll go safari now

You getting soft in your old age, Disco boy?

All those years in a real 4x4 without a snorkel.
Get yourself a soft roader & now you want a snorkel?

Oh scotty I'm not as young as I used to be you know and I seem to be walking more in the bush now than driveing, after I busted the maxi CW&P I'v given up all the hard stuff and I need the space for the battery to keep the beer cold

Tony all the tubing and rubber joiners of various diameters and angles are available from truck parts/accessory outlets.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

So Mr T did you get a disco or a P38?

If it's a P38, you can build a snorkel into the exo cage it'll need.
