Guy who took me around was a LR employee, said he'd worked for them for years.
The trainers are not actually LR staff (sub-contrated) but the vehicles are Land Rovers own.
The ones that are correct spec will probably go onto the press fleet. The one's that are not up to spec (the non-ABS models which were ordered incorrectly) will become staff drive cars.

Hardtops with alloy wheels are optioned with the Boost Pack, alloys + ABS/ETC. This is an option on the Hardtop, but standard on the Wagon and 110 Crewcab.
The driving instructors were mostly sub-contracted to Land Rover, who used the same lead instructors in each state.
I'm glad to see the hard top back after 14 years. Finally a replacement for mine. Although she only has 280k,s on the clock so it won't be soon. Guys please buy lots of them with the option back so I can pickup a Cheap one in a few years time.
