    NSW Vehicle Standards Information - 50 regarding raising and lowering of vehicles

    VSI 50 Postponed

    The controversial proposed NSW Vehicle Standards Information - 50 regarding raising and lowering of vehicles has been indefinitely postponed by the RTA.
    4wd TV has been opposed to the new standards and the viewers support via correspondence to the Minister for Roads has contributed to this terrific outcome.
    The Minister for Roads Michael Daley has agreed that more consultation is needed, and a working group including representatives from Four Wheel Drive NSW-ACT, Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association, the Australian 4wd Industry council and other agencies and experts will be formed to work toward a practical solution.
    4wd TV will continue to monitor this issue and with your sensible support hope to be able to report on a positive outcome in the future.

    why does everyone keep using this "indefinitely postponed"

    Indefinite means forever
    postponed means to delay......

    So its going to be forever delayed????
    Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......

    indefinate is commonally used to indicate something thats not specified or defined.

    an indefinate period is an unknown time frame

    and if they had written that it would of made sense..personally the indefinitely postponed to me does not make sense

    Another reason the middle level of Government should be removed and the savings passed back to the workers

    How can a minister call all owners of modified cars hoons?
