I'd go the Lancer - Mitsubishi have a great warranty (Australia's best they say) 10 year/160K powertrain warranty......won't get that from LRA.....nor the Euro cars...

They look good too..

not exactly C4 different, but the Lancers have been pretty good value over the years. The new go-fast (evolution whatever) variant looks great. One of my daughters had an older model (late 80's) and near buried the headlights into the dash. They are tough machines (with the 5 star ANCAP rating too IIRC)
