    There was also an article in one of the 4x4 mags about thousands of LC 200's that are gonna be recalled for chassis cracking with the genuine bullbar fitted.
    The modifications to the vehicles is major.

    Could of been in a 4x4 aust,but i cant seem to find it.Maybe someone can find it &scan it onto here,makes interesting reading

    I thought ARB designed theirs like that so that it could be winched off. Apparently the crush cans are quite soft in them.

    not sure of exact details but combination of winching and reinforcing as the frontal area has very little strength, as has since been shown!

    Great engine... although I know of 1 owner who went from perth to adelaide (direct) and used 1.6 litres of oil....... less than 30k on it!

    but don't load it up.... there is nothing left once you have passengers, fuel and a small amount of cargo! (unless you do a GVM upgrade before it is registered (or get it engineered afterwards)
