Thread: Sandwich ideas?

A nice round of pilchard sandwiches followed by an egg custard.

i bought one the other day that consisted of ...............

chicken crispy bacon and avocado

it wasn't to bad either

Mum used to make us ............

smashed egg and raw onion sandwiches as kids
smelt like crap looked like crap but they tasted mighty tasty
pity about the after breath though

I don't know all of the ingredients, reality is I do not want to know what is in the pate, they taste really good with chilli and soy sauce.


There is a really good bakery down the road from Town Hall station that does these to perfection, might be handy to know if you get stationed there

as I eat last nights dinner for breaky at 0745am I am amazed at the theory behind a healthy eating shiftworker. After 10yrs of this crap I have yet to see one person who practices what they preach.
