Thread: which engine is better petrol or diesel (older styles)

old desiels dont die there just hard starting.
id go desiel if your not interested in speed simply because old style desiel's do not die they just keep going and going and there so underpowerd that nothing around them ever breaks ether.
to stuff a fuel pump in one of those old beast's it would near on take acid as the tolerance's are not anywhere like today's.
and once started unless stalled or run out of fuel a desiel wont stop petrol ones will.

I LOVE MY OLD DIESEL BUT IT IS A LITTLE NOISEY.
DONT EXPECT TO LISTEN TO ABC-FM WHILST YOU QUIETLY TRUNDLE THROUGH THE COUNTRY.
I FIND EARPLUGS ARE THE BEST SOUND DEADENING DEVICE.
