Timing Belt 200tdi
I know its been done to death but is it advisable to replace the tensioner pulley when you replace a timing belt on a 200 tdi or do you only need to replace it if it is noisy???

I would simplely because the time factor to do the job against the cost of the part

Yep, as blaze said, since the front is off you might as well replace it.
If you don't do it with the belt, the pulley will need replacing before the belt needs doing again anyway!
