Not getting much done compared to you - a few tiresome but not very productive days looking for shorts in electric fences. Now after going over the circuit board of the fence tester, I have found the dry soldered joint but have not fixed it yet. Serviced the County, cut some firewood - thought we had finished this for the year!

Following the rain (23.5mm) tomorrow I hope to start grading some of the roads round the place, partly as fire breaks. To town this morning, and this afternoon supposed to be a service visit from the satellite internet technician. He was supposed to call last night and didn't.

Using our own, I was tempted to sell some of it a wile back. Glad I didn't as should have enough to last till winter. Have had to buy it in in the past though.

We buy in the cotton seed and molasses. Grow our own grain.

Most of the property has been in the family since first settler's in the mid 1800s. Is near Coolah NSW.
Used to be a small village here called Mount Pleasant. All that remains now are some of the family graves, apparently the church was moved I have a chair and a large timber mallet that was built by fine craftsman who was known as the coffin maker
I have given up my trades to keep this all going here as now 42 don't have to much time left to develop this property to its full potential wile I have reasonable health with all the lousy seasons we seem to get these days.

    Cheers Tony

Cleared the backyard, done all the gardens, detailed the bike and car, and currently painting the house...got to take advantage of a run of good weather! Hehehe! Just finishing my morning coffee, then the gutters and eaves get their 2nd coat of paint.
