I agree with the V8 as a must for the LSE, BUT I have converted our '93 to 300Tdi because we need to use it as a DD. I cannot simply justify the fuel bill, basically. Gas is a no go for me also, so Tdi it is. Almost ready for rego etc so I'll report on it in the new year when it is actually on the road. Looks factory and goes well enough I think, so far
