    Well, nice dream while it lasted, the owner has taken an offer of 23k more apparently as she hadn;lt signed the contract, I'd dropped a deposit and signed, after dealing with council, my local MP to get the council going and sandstone kit home dudes, all in all, I'm a pretty ****ed off little girl now
