    Tombie mate, i think you might find it faster if you head through Millmerran and Toowoomba to Brisbane once you get to Goondiwindi, we used to live in Goondiwindi and we've been both ways and although your route is shorter on the map, the other way is faster just more direct and better roads.

    I'd second that, and unless you're pedantic about sticking to bitumen, the run from Wilcannia through to Bourke following the Darling is good quality dirt and shorter also.

    The last 24 hours.

    A) took out a 5 footer outside Willcania.
    ARB bullbar destroyed.
    Winch destroyed
    Lightforce destroyed

    B ) Burnt out Lightforce wiring loom

    C) Damaged radiator overworked cooling system,
    rupturing hose, boiling motor and destroying it.

    Currently trapped in Narrabri.
