You will find now that many employers use casual employment as a way of weeding out unsuitable applicants.Its much easier to terminate a useless casual than a full time employee.
Sounds like they have you picked as worth keeping.

I hope so mate . I'm on level 1a pay rate now which is $25 an hour and if i get on permanent I will stay on the same rate with the bonus of holiday and sick pay (level 4a) . Forkies seem to pull the good dollars these days

Nearly as much as me and I have to go away from home for weeks on end to get it. Maybe I should be a forky!
