Bigswamp music problem

Hi Guys
Anybody used Bigpond Music and had issues downloading???
Ive been trying to download 7 albums using their download media manager.It stops every nown again.When closing and re-starting as recommended in their FAQs that track is corrupted and appears in the playlist wit 0 bytes,ie gone.
I got hold of a Swamp service rep last night,he said they have been having outages which may be the cause.Ive switched my antivirus off so its not the culprit!!!!
Does one download what they can of the 7 albums then get back with a list of failed tracks and ask them to re-supply???? It seems you can only download MP3s once.
I wont ever bother buying music this way,its pathetic!!!! I got $100 worth of vouchers with a new phone.

I have had it stop as well, but have always been able to download them later. Cant remember if I had to delete the partial file. But it did recognise I had not downloaded them regardless of pertials downloads. I just started again.

Got home this arvo,it seems to have fixed some failed tracks itself.There are a few missing,from a quick look 5 tracks from 211.I will get onto them about it.
