    Spinal Nerve Block

    Did I read on here somewhere about someone who had chronic back pain and had recently had some sort of spinal nerve block procedure. Wifey has a very bad back ( Cynovial cyst ) and it has not improved after an epidural and injection of steroids into the joint. Doc is now talking about a Nerve root sheath injection

    I had the both the epidural into 2 joints and also the siatic nerve sheath,twice.
    MAGIC.
    Perhaps the issue is in the sheath rather than the joint????.
    Back is still very ordinary at times and will alwasy be so,but the injections helped regain muscle strength and the ability to resume a pretty good life once again.

    I have had 6 injections in my spine (ESI)

    Not cheap but i did as the doc said and bingo I could do my shoe's up without crying (and no i am not joking)
