If you act the Bogan .... Then you scare off the family type, and then you leave a bargain for the developer to snap up

and vise verse if you go the other way?? .....

So, if you want control .... Bid on it

Hey deano how sure are ya that they are going to sub devide????

Cant go to your local council or mayor to get some info.

Thing is if they want to build there and sub devide it they will bloody do it no matter what you try or do. prob end up on today/tonight or something. The place they are selling isnt a victoriana house or anything like that??? you know where they cant touch the house cause its on the heritage list.

WE WILL OPPOSE INAPPROPRIATE DEVELOPMENT was the catch cry.
Dont know if that will stick in our area, hardly Brighton!
Thanx 4 your thoughts anyway Ray.
Simon, unfortunately its hardly what you,d call a hertitage area, but its still home.............................. & remember a mans home is his castle. Im Thingo Kerrigan, & thats my story.
    Cheers Dean.
Ps it only states on the agents board (development subject to council approval) so paranoia must be creeping in.

hold a series landrover convention they'll leave so much oil on the ground that no-one will safely make it to the site and if anyone does just start a couple of the diesels up, that'll fumigate them out.

    New neighbours.

I'm hoping when we sell up (not any time soon) some family like the Martins of Karrinyup mentioned above move in, and give the arsehole next door hell!
