Is this thing worth it ?

I see this RRC on Fleabay , I was thinking that it had a ****load of good stuff on it (I hope its good) , would it be really worth the asking price of nearly $17000 ?

Seems a bit steep to me. Also make sure you check with DPI - you may need to get everything re engineered once you get it over here.

Sure he spend some $$ but who is he kidding?

If you want to do your holden conversion, get a straight car and do mods yourself as by sounds of it, you really do know how.

You can get a good one for 5-8k and than spend your money on conversion.

I did have a holden conversion 82 RRC 2 door.
    Never really had it sorted.
Had no faith in taking out bush or even long trips.

Good luck all the same though.

Maybe a few K over the top but its a very nice rangie non the less, what else can you buy that would be that capable for the price- 12-13K would make it a good buy IMHO.

Looks good, but we bought a nice looking 1990 that had a few issues for $1,500. You can get a real lot of work done to it for that extra $15000--
