I had one installed to my Nissan Navara on Thursday, in two days the list of faults are:
Stereo drops out when you go under a bridge, in tunnel, between buildings, even next to a tree.
Bluetooth for phone is no good, it is crackly and bad to decipher.
When phone rings it takes so long for the unit to realise and give you the option to answer that people hang up.
Phone function is incredibly quiet, you have to turn the volume right up when on the phone, then when you hang up the radio deafens you. (phone has its own volume setting which is at max).
When you turn on the Hema maps for off road mapping you can barely get through the menus as the touch screen doesn't work right, 20+ presses to get it to do something.
Offroad maps have frozen in place now, can't get rid of it from the screen so now the unit is useless.
Its going in on monday to get sorted, if they can't fix it i'll be asking for a refund.
Oh, and they refused to look at it as they are too busy, so I called back and booked another one to be installed in another vehicle, which they think they are doing on monday, but i'm taking the original one for that timeslot, very unimpressed with their service as well as the unit.
