The main issue with Two Nav is the lack of mapping. It could be useful if there was better selection, but AusTopo1:250000 plus some westprint mapping doesn't look like a compelling argument for investing in the app.
At the moment MemoryMap has best map availability, although it is far from perfect.
Avenza's PDF Maps now has most of the Hema touring maps available for in-app purchase. In addition there are some interesting maps published by Meridian Maps covering several popular melbourne 4wding spots which aren't available electronically in any other format - even ozi-explorer. The VicMap pdfs which can be bought online are compatible with the PDF Maps app, and are far more up to date than the topo mapping for Victoria available from MemoryMap (2012 vs 2009).
Bitmap and Multiplans are good alternatives if you want to use ozi maps. The big limitation is that they cannot handle maps which cross Zones properly. While this might not sound like a big issue, the boundary between zones 54 and 55 is just to the west of melbourne, and products like Spatial Vision's VicMap Book DVD has large composite maps covering the west of Victoria which span the two zones.
