Jason give Brian at www.gpsoz.com.au a call he has training on Oziexplorer for $65 for a half day and knows GPS well.
the cheapest I have found the Navman PIN is $884 at Richard(DICK) Smiths.
I prefer the look of the Navman ICN-510 $998or even the Navman ICN-610 for $999 at Harvey Norman but I have been told they arent suitable for what I am wanting to use them for.
I think "RMP" had all the info on these items as searches for previous threads all have "RPM's" advice. I may have to consult with RPM before chosing.
PLEASE HELP ME RPM!!!!!!! :? :? :? :?

hi All
I saw one of these units recently VERY good deal but before I buy, (I was going to go car-pc route, no too sure now though) i need to know will it :
Let me enter a waypoint/s and it will point the way eg N, S, E, W etc even if you are off the map ie off road tracks etc? I'm not too bothered about nice pictures as log as off road it points the right way.
Also if off-map will it record waypoints so I can find my way back again?
OOOPS My mistakeops: it's a iCN 320
Smaller portable version.
Thanks
Steve
