    Trackranger

    Anybody had anything to do with this lot? Look ok to me, I think.

    Am looking to set up the D3 when I get it but the optioned one is about $9000 I reckon I could set myself up with a real good one at a lot less.

    i have oz xplorer and this looks the goods i have trouble using oz xplorer

    but this seems to be pretty easy to use and it comes with a manual ! which is fairly easy to follow unlike oz xplorer and oz doesnt come with a paper manual which would help us dummys

    You need to play with it

    As with any computer & the associated program you have to use it every day to get an understanding of where everything is and what it can do. Some of these mapping software can be a little short of functions and you will reach the full potential of the software fairly quickly. After that happens, thats it, your bored with it and cease to use it.

    Its all a learning curve and that depends on how steep you want it to be.

    I have used the demo of Trackranger and it seems pretty good. It is my prefered option when I can afford it with Natmap Raster premium.
