Sounds like your temp gauge is not working properly or the engine would be cooked by now. It should run between low 80's to low 90's depending on ambient temp and load. If you know someone with an infrared non contact thermometer, you can check this to see what it is actually running at. Is the temp gauge electric or mechanical? If it's electric, you may have the wrong sender, or some crook wiring.
Oil pressure on these can get low as the oil pump wears and the clearances open up. A new pump is a worthwhile investment and easy to do. Again, check to make sure your gauge is installed properly and you actually have low oil pressure.
