    thanks all
I can't answer your question (yet), but if you like to try them you could answer it for me!

I have the KM2 245/70/17s (diam 776mm) on my D3. I seem to remember that the 75s weren't available in Aus. They are fantastic tyres quite quiet on the road and great in sand and mud.

Hey Discojools, thanks mate. That virtually confirms it for me, i'll be getting the bfg's KM2 on the 17" rims, it'll just be a question of size. These will be purely be the touring/offroad tyre as i have 19" tyres n rims for around town.

LOL Owl ya cheeky bugger:D; if i can get them and have a trial fit then i'll PM you the results.
    Happy travels all

Thanks for the info. I think I will take a punt that the '75's will be OK - they are only 1" bigger. BFG have just listed the 245/75R17 muds in the Aussie brochure - not even game to ask for a price (or delivery!).

Hey Owl, I've spoken to my contacts about the KM2 245/75/17 and they both say that this size is not available in australia but the 245/70/17 is however there seems to be a shortage on supply as no-one has them available until Jan 2011. I'm going to see what can be ordered via the states.

    Do you mean 265/70R17 - I don't think 265/75R17 will fit? Or 245/75R17?

    Cheers,

Hey Sniegy.I've been looking for new boots for the disco3 and i assume that if your 265/70/17's fit the D4 then they will fit a D3?? I was told that they will rub when on full lock at normal driving height? Is this not the case? It's be great if they were to fit.
    thanks

Hey Sniegy, where did you get your rims painted ? ... my 18" chrome ones are getting a bit "ratty" and I'm considering a colour change for 'em ....
    cheers.
