Thread: Cracking spot for ipod in D3

Used this post for the electrics...

Adding AUX input to S - Land Rover Discovery 3

...but wanted a proper spot for it..

D3 ipod install | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

Basically it is a Belkin ipod Desk accessory. Diameter is spot on, just needed to shave off a bit of the bottom edges where the cupholder tapers in and drill a hole in cupholder insert for wires. Adaptor has a 3.5mm plug input so easy to wire in. has another input which I think will allow me to get power to it as well, but haven't tried yet.
