Asuming your talking about a discovery with a 2.7 v6 diesel if so cant get any more efficient than a straight through from turbo back ! Will allow it to spool up as quick as it can and being a turbo diesel it shouldn't be to loud

they dont get as loud as ud thing, they sound real deep to, very nice, windows up and not much diffrence,

Now I appreciate my car being nice and quiet but wondering how it would sound and perform if that muffler wore out or fell off with a full twin system and a coupe of smaller mufflers. There is plenty of room for exhaust mods. Keep in mind the oxy-cat (and DPF if fitted??? - don't think it has one?) will have to remain or you run the risk of bid fines.

The oxy-cat probably does a good job of reducing noise on its own, so whatever you do probably won't be too loud.

On some of the modern turbos there is apparently a risk that you can overspeed them, leading to premature failure.
