i wouldnt be limiting your search for a D3 with an ediff baz, for what you want it for, touring, i reckon that 99% of the time you wont use it. unless you want to got to the watagans ide be using the money to buy a front bar and winch.
after driving my D4 around my mates farm in the wet, and knowing where i drove the locked 90 in the dry all i can say is WOW, the D4 did it way easier in the wet on road tyres than the 90 did it in the dry with muds and a detroit.

    cheers phil

Unless the manual has been retrofitted, it's an error in the listing as that car left the factory with an auto according to LR.
Musta been - it ain't there now.

The interior pics show the TR knob and air suspension lever and what looks like a manual stick. Weird. But it does say it was a special order.....

    Hi Guys,
    Redback Happy hunting
The vehicle on carsales, its spec is true & correct. It is a manual & it does have TR & eDiff. Was a client who ordered a vehicle specifically as is & at the time LR were very helpful & placed the vehicle on order, I dont think there are many in the country with the same spec if any!
Vehicle has full service history from memory with us & looked after well from what i can remember.
    Cheers

The one above is not the one I saw on Carsales this morning. I just had a look again & the $29000 D3 that was listed as a manual is no longer advertised. That was the first one I came across & the only one I checked on LRs system.

Pity it's such a dark colour.
