    Why, with the overwhelming condemnation of the city dealers, don't LRA pull them into line? I don't see how they could remain ignorant so there must be another reason. It's a weird way to run a company.

    It may be like Toyota with their failed quality control. Things go so well, they get complacent.

    Possibly the D3 and D4 have been so good they just sell themselves, so LRA doesn't notice the crappy dealer service. I guess if I grumble to anyone, it should be them, not the dealer principle.

    Now , that's what I call bad service . Pacific Toyota in Cairns
    were not too far behind that on LR200 demo/knowledge/trade
    in attitude. It's not a nice experience .
