my silent armours were $480.00 per tyre fitted, balanced.
with the offer, the cost would be $360.00 per tyre if 4 were purchased.
    Cheers,
    Peter

first test with SA off road

took them down a 20k track in torrential rain yesterday in blue mountains. some sections very clay/mud slippery. absolutely no problems, although the e-diff lock was working occasionally. The treads cleared the clay pretty well.
overall i am happy with them so far.
    cheers,
    Peter

They are the ones that quoted me $560. Maybe the price went up to cover the freebie. I even asked for a discount as I would be getting 6. He gave me $20 off the total.

did you get the quote from that store? when i was getting prices, there was variation between Goodyear stores; I think they may be franchises.

As you can fit and balance them yourself, it looks like it is cheaper to import.

As an aside, i have taken the car back twice now to refit the balancing weights; it seems every morning i go to the garage and it is littered with balancing weights

Yes it was Rozelle. I rang Castle Hill as well but the best he could do was $536 a tire.

I dealt with Geoffrey ('the owner). Maybe mention to him that I was quoted $480.00?
