Their exhaust bung is just a variation on a drainage test plug used by plumbers to do a static water pressure test on drainage pipes. I'd guess the only difference is they have had the rubber ring that forms the seal custom made to suit a small bore exhaust pipe.

I hope their not chargng to much for it as they don't cost bugger all.
