    Bull Bar, and Snorkel.

Hi Agro, I too am researching fitment of the above.
I have imported a Safari Snorkel from Duckworth, D3 model, but fits a D4.
I thought that the ARB Bull Bar was it touch too heavy, and am waiting for Opposite Lock to reveal their newly developed D4 Bar. Then I will compare, and decide.
    Hope this helps?
    Don.

    Hi TerryO,

I bought a few items for my D4, inc genuine RAI, cost was $284 pounds.

Delivery cost is hard to say as I bought long black extended roof rails, 2x sets of cross bars, ladder, RAI and sports box. Total delivery was $420 pounds

Hi Terry, cost of snorkel was Pounds 193. But I also purchased other items such as, wind deflectors, wheel security nuts, 2x plugs for the white tow socket, and assorted clips. Total freight was Pounds 98, total bill was Pounds 383.
In actual fact, all the extra items travelled free, as the freight was based on the volumetric weight of the Snorkel box (127 X 20 X 40cms ). It's only worth the effort if you buy other items at the same time.
    Hope that helps?
    Don.

Thanks Vlad but even beauty queens have to work. There's no fun in just sitting around looking beautiful

Yes it's a tight squeeze. The D3 has more space but the D4 needs a shoehorn.

A week ago we picked up the D4 with it's new nara bronze bar and snorkel, done by ARB.

Looks pretty damn good but there is one issue. I find that the DSC is cutting in much earlier than before, but it could be related to tyre pressure too - also put an ARB compressor under the bonnet and ran the tyres up to 'full load' pressure and as I had a family emergency, as I type this I do not remember reducing them to 'regular' pressure. This would have made the tyres slip a bit compared to normal, and with the added weight of the bar.....

    ARB Compressor

Hi Disomania, I bought an ARB Compressor at the Brisbane Caravan show yesterday, and intend fitting it myself.
If you did the job yourself, any chance of some photos, and any advice on fitting please? Thanks,
    Don.
