I was going to say that device is too small to be a DPF and doesn't have sensors before and after. It looks as though the cat has been moved away from the motor to the DPF spot for non-DPF systems.

I just took a run down to the dealers and had a roll around under my new car and it doesn't have one either...
I was worried when I saw that little thing under there but now I've seen that diagram I'm all smiles again.![]()
I know my 2.7 doesnt have a DPF.
Vehicles without DPF will not display a DPF icon on the dash, during system check on startup.
Based on this.

Mine comes with 3yrs free servicing and will be on a 3yr lease so hopefully I'll never have to worry about what oil to use.
good plan. I thought the same..... and then....ended up in Bendigo on a Saturday arvo checking the oil, finding it low(3,500km on ODO, just run in) checked with Roadside assist as it usually read full, was told I had to add oil before attempting trip home (800km) on Sunday.
Not much choice in Supercheap, and Repco was shut.
So if you don't check your oil on a weekend, and then don't find yourself more than walking distance from your dealer....then as you hope, you shall be fine
I really hope you are that lucky mate, but it is what it is.
