    The D4 isn't level.

    Hi All

The D4 went in for a bit of work this week. Looking at the list of parts that went in I am sure glad I wasn't paying the bill.

One thing that was changed was the rear air-spring and shocks. Now the D4 is a bit tail up. Has anyone had the rear air-spring and shocks changed? Has your D4 settled back to level?

I might add here if you tow a big van and have done a few klm's with the van attached get your rear suspension checked.

Haven't had the shocks changed, but every now and then I notice the suspension lets out a fart and settles down, almost as if the suspension is recalibrating itself and decides that the car is too jacked up.

New shocks or air springs can't cause a change in height. I suspect a height sensor bracket has been knocked during the change-over.

    Or the height wasn't recalibrated.

No need for recalibration unless a sensor was removed as the sensor isn't attached to the shock.

Was any work done on the front?

So is the front low or the rear high?

Edit: It doesn't really matter because the vehicle needs to go back to be corrected.

Not sure what the correct LR colour is, but by any chance is your D4 a reddish colour with a set of GOE (organised) wheels and Conti tyres?

Mate, please explain....brakes, hubs, steering rack.....?

That is a serious list of stuff for a vehicle still under warranty. A bit worrying.
