I have a D3 MY08 TDV6 HSE & pay $1088 for comprehensive with NRMA incl 60% NCB, windscreen option, all accessories and mods. I agree with AGRO .. you get what you pay for. I had my 14 yr old County written off some time ago and was paid out the full agreed value by the insurer (NRMA) no problem.

Gotaflat has a good point there, when I moved from Qld to Vic it went up. Insurance companies bring in factors like car theft, animal strikes, fire and flooding in that area.

I know when the floods went through Qld, some people went to low lying flood areas, parked their cars and claimed the flood damage. Sure they got a new car but the people in those areas premiums went up.

Where I am now there is a high claim single vehicle (animal strikes) and fire risk.
