Yep it does happen, a friend ordered a new Prado and after 5 months and 2 wrong cars...not even the colour was right, he got a Landcruiser for a good price... not sure what that was, but he was happy.
Sadly it doesnt do Landrover any good as their reputation isnt the best to start with.
Hope he gets a good resolution.

SubscriberNo need to apologise Graeme. No interesting reason, just the usual sad litany of late delivery, wrong spec and poor customer service. Tempted as I am to vent on here, its not appropriate at the moment. Maybe we need another trip to Orange and I can tell you about it over a beer.
Still want to get a D4, but will now wait a while and enjoy the D3 for a bit longer. May even wait for the MY14, supposed to be a major facelift on the way. Sounds like it may be worth a trip to Melbourne to see Pete for the next one.
