Try clearing the blockage in the drain hose with weed line trimmer cord.
After an awesome weekend in Bendethera Valley I cam back to a puddle of water in my "new" D3 which was parked at home in the driveway, seems to come in via the passenger front airbag but car was parked on a slope front facing down, so assume it's the sunroof.
Any suggestions is this a big effort to fix? have another couple of niggels I need fixed so thinking bringing it for the first service to Landrover any suggestions for best LR in Sydney.

OK If Paramatta is best then obviously Trivet is the go. I can't vouch for their service as I have never used them. My wife uses them to service her Mini and she is very happy with them - I am too as they have attended to any items I raised. Of course Mini and Land Rover service divisions are completely separate so there may be no correlation at all.
I use Purnell and for the last service used Graeme Cooper Automotive in St Peters (Purnell couldn't fit me in over Christmas). I am happy with both - Coopers have a great reputation.

I have been using Trivett in Parramatta until recently for both my D3 and Peugeot. Mixed feelings, they are nice enough and pretty efficient, when there have been warranty concerns a few times I have had to it them under pressure to go and fight for me which to be fair once sufficiently pressured they have done although not always with success to my satisfaction. Never had any major issues with my D3 other than niggles so can't really comment.
I will say that from a Peugeot perspective I have had lots of issues (308 Touring has been a terrible car) and I have been very frustrated that every time you take it in the only response you get is that the computer has no errors but we have upgraded the software. I don't think there is any such thing as a mechanic anymore, just computer technicians. I eventually after spending a bit of time on a Peugeot forum and printing out a few threads we t in and told them that the problem was a timing chain adjuster issue. They were quite amazed by the information n the forum and lo and behold that was the problem.
I still have a transmission problem which they still tell me that they have no clue about because there are no computer errors
Whilst I think that Trivett Peugeot Parramatta are mechanically incompetent at least from a diagnostic perspective (although I suspect in fixing the previous problem they bent and damaged The turbo oil feeder pipes by pulling it out of the way which they of course denied) I think this is sadly a symptom of decline in the profession generally particularly in dealer workshops where there is an over reliance on the computer diagnostics and a corresponding lack of experience I old fashion diagnostic skills and not specifically a problem isolated to this particular dealer.
I too have had this occur a couple of times, yes clear it as said in the D3 link above. Crap builds up over time in both these tubes, I use the plastic coated spiral metal curtain wire. To make it happen less often trim the "Valve" points that are behind the air intake vent on the drivers side and behind the wheel arch lining on the passenger side.

You have to decide do you want to take 3 hrs or 5 min to fix this problem.
The 5 min method as follows.
Firstly get yourselves 8 or 10mm plastic irrigation pipe union or something similar.
On your a pillar lift the air bag plastic off and unscrew the torx screw, take off the cover.
Take a stanley knife and cut the rubber pipe anywhere.
Blow up with the sunroof open and you will see plenty dust and leaves fly out.
When you blow down, you'll experience a back pressure because it's blocked and suddenly you'll hear a whooz sound as everything blows out.
Insert the union, and use tie straps to fasten and voila, put the cover back , all this in less then 5 min both sides instead of hours.
Remember there is no pressure, the water runs down on gravity , so once a year , open up and blow clean.
