Lumbar adjustment on D4 SE seats

    Hi All

Probably a stupid question, but is the lumbar adjustment on the drivers seat made by inflating and deflating a cushion in the seat? It's just that it's a two way switch and when i switch one way I can hear a motor run and the seat firms and expands slightly, when I switch it the other way theere is no noise but I assume air is being let out.

Is this right? If not then I have something to report at the 6 month check up tomorrow.

    Thanks

    J

    Thumbs up

You have guessed correctly. It is a bag of air which inflates to press into the lumbar region on the driver's seat. Probably nothing to report to the service people.

Yes as stated by Fred, I dunno about you, but in my opinion they don't work very well, the seats themselves are not bad, but, I reckon my old D2 had a better lumbar support.
