    The other advantage is that you do not have to go down to access height to get in and out saving the air compressor - the blokes may no lower to get in and out but I bet the missus does.

    My daily commute to work is a 100 km trip on the freeway, almost all of it on cruise control. I did a test last year where I ran at -20mm for a week and recorded fuel consumption . I couldn't detect any noticeable reduction.

    The ride was however a bit too firm for my liking so I returned to normal height.
