    Newby!!

    Hello all

Maybe a little early to join the ranks but what the hell. Heading down to Sydney to pick up my new D3 V8 early next week. Looking forward to it as heard nothing but good things about the engine. Obviously a little thirsty but it a big motor!! Not many for sale in Au so must be a good sign

Thanks and Ill keep you posted on how things go

Best cruiser you will ever drive, enjoy. Sadly though, like us Diesel drivers you will have to fill up every couple hundred km's

Watch the section between coffs and the Gold Coast, can be hard to find a servo if you miscalculate on some of that section.

Enjoy the D3 Diverre, if I bought another D3 it would be a petrol V8 instead of the diesel.

I bet yours will still be going long after the last TDV6 has met its maker. ...
    Cheers,
    Terry

It's not too bad. But I guess it can be a trap if you don't travel it often.

Mainly need to be aware that there is a bit of a gap between about Byron/Bangalow and Tweed where you could get stuck. Approx. 100kms.

Having said that, I always fill up here in Coffs before going.
