Thanks Graeme, no all under warranty. And they are going to replace all the pipes as well, clean the entire system. I tend to agree with you. We've had some hot days here this week and on occasions I've noticed sluggish performance when driving, nothing drastic, but enough to notice. Might put the trailer on again, go for a drive and see if I can recreate the issue again, and this time get my son to video it. Ill keep u all posted.

Well heres an update to what has happened. Secondary a Turbo, replaced, and return oil pipe relocated under warranty. All air pipes replaced. All looked good. Have driven to Gold Coast and back last week, without any issues, car ran like dream. 8.2ltrs/100km for the round trip, (no camper trailer). Had to come away to Cairns this weekend for my sons footy, and decided to take the camper trailer. Got about 140kms from home.... Lost all power again!!! Stopped the car, locked it, let it sit for 10mins, got back in, started it, and all good. Another 10mins down the road, lost power AGAIN!!!, but then it gradually came back, then went again... limped along the road till Tully, pulled up, for the kids to have a break. Stopped the car, did not lock, 20 mins later, got back in, started, and car ran like a dream, until another 10 mins, then power died again. Kept on going, power continued to come and go, almost like the vains on the turbo, we're opening and shutting. They would stay open if u kept the revs above 2600rpm and the car would quite happily cruise along at 105km/hr. However as soon as the revs dropped when there was a gear change, there was a distinctive lack of power. I've ended up driving it in Sports mode, in 5-6 gear and getting into Cairns. I've run LR assist, told them I don't want it going back to LR in Townsville, and would prefer this go back to Austral. I spoke to the Service Manager there, he believes it could be a actuator or solenoid breaking down with the symptoms I have described. Just when I thought my thoughts had changed, after having a guilt free trip to the GC and back, my hopes have been dashed again...
