Grill easy to remove, and get the light out enough to remove the bulbs with ease....on an OL bar.
Brett....
I don't understand this infatuation with light removal.
Pop bonnet, change globes.. Easy...
D4 with a OL roobar colour coded Stornaway grey.
In my case - without the bar work my Landies wouldn't look very pretty at all..
When you live / travel in regions with Kangaroos, Goats, Foxes, Emus etc... There is a great risk that the front won't remain the same for long.
My bar work has saved myself (and everyone who insures) from expense and increased premiums!
After all - each claim has an effect on everyone's insurance premium as companies balance out costs.
I do agree that the factory vehicle looks sweet - but function needs to exceed form in use.

It's only the shiny ones I don't like Toombie!
I think the ARB bars and OL steel bars look the ducks guts for example. I've always hated shiny alloy bull bars though. They don't look good, won't stand up to a decent roo strike and make a nice vehicle look like it has some tin foil stapled to the front. Just my humble opinion of course....![]()
I was at the dealer today trying to confirm the delivery date for my Discovery & the topic of the LR bar came up - pardon the pun.
Anyway I was told the dealers have been advised by LR these bars will not fit onto the MY14 models. Fact or fiction, I don't know.
