Safari Snorkel fitting instructions, SS385HF for D3/4

Hi all, has anyone got their fitting instructions available for the D3/4 SS385HF and can scan them, or know of somewhere online where they can be downloaded? I can't find them online anywhere...
    Regards, Will

    Hi

When I fitted mine 2 out of three templates were a bit incorrect!
It's not difficult to check these on the snorkel pieces and the vehicle before drilling any holes.
Admittedly mine wasn't genuine so it may just have been a dodgy copy?

    Cheers

? There is no genuine snorkel.... the genuine item is a raised air intake and is not water tight...

While I generally agree with your sentiments... there are times that aftermarket is a better choice for most... I'd say this is one example ... and Bull Bars are another.

    LR one is serious fuggly

    Thanks

Anyone tried fitting a Safari snorkel to a petrol model D3? I've an '07 SE model and none of the Safari stockists in Perth nor LR themselves know if this will work.

From the little I know the air intake on my model is on the same side (i.e. drivers side) as the TDV6 so I'm hoping, and I know that's asking for a lot..., that it will work on the SE.

    Any thoughts appreciated.
    Cheers.
