    Sheer Luxury

    Called into Southern Land Rover today chasing a D2 part.
    Whilst walking thru the showroom I had to sit in a brand new D4
    They had one there for $123000 drive away.Black HSE with the black kit,and $4000 worth of white leather chairs and the matching white woodwork,NICE!!!!.One mean looking gangsters set of wheels!!!!
    Salesman asked me did I like it,told him the colour is good,tells me back looks good on me.Says they can do a cheaper one as I wouldnt want the expensive chairs,HOW DO YOU KNOW was my response.
    Anyhow not in the market yet,and you are correct about the black,I drive a black D2.

    Just select Land Rover, D4 & search.
    Its about the 4th or 5th one down.

    It is a beautiful vehicle. Looks very mean sitting in-between normal ride height & access mode when the photo was taken.

    Sadly its at a car yard that there isn't enough swear words in the English language to say what I feel about them... Assuming the same people own it..

    I've had a back car, they look great for about a year and then every bird crap, stone chip, scratch etc shows up like a sore thumb. Silver or white is less dramatic but lasts much longer before looking crap.

    Have to agree,my D2 is black,still looks good despite its age.Plenty of blemishes and scratches.
