    D3/RRS Rock Sliders

Can anyone tell me if the mounting points for rock sliders are the same on the RRS and D3.

I have an opportunity to get some D3 rock sliders at a real good price but will need a take out about 5.5" in the middle of the bars to make them the right length to fit a RRS but need to ensure the mounts are still in the right spot.

    Thanks

If you take out 5.5" from the middle, that will move the mounting holes

    Baz.
Depends on the space between the mounts - hence my question as i suspect the specing is the same in the RRS and the D3 except in the middle but I don't know.

Garry, not sure if this will be of assistance but following are links to the side step fitting instructions for both D3 and Sport. Might provide you with some means of comparing similarities:

    D3:
