Thread: Brake pad warning light - how long have I left? ( D4 trip to the snowfields )

I replaced mine at easter. My car was second hand with 53000 on the clock. The light came on red during my drive to Dungog and a day later I started grinding into the disk. I stopped doing drives for the rest of the weekend because I had to get the brisbane after camping. Made it with much scraping and grinding then got new pads, disks and sensors.

That was my first LR experience

It's the mob I go driving with, they're always stopping to use cameras, and making me stop on the side of hills to take photos!

Just waiting for the right Defender to come along Baz

Scott, for the sake of wear and tear on your brakes, I'll refrain from photographing your car

Hope the trip to the snow went well dukemasterpro.
