    Box Crater-NT: closed

    For those who might be contemplating the Plenty, Binns etc out of Alice: I discovered today that Box Crater is closed by the current pastoralist - might have been for a long time. Anyway, a sign at the Plenty turn would be nice- save 100 or so k of mindless diesel. Still very dry up there - not much action in the bush.
    Anyway, off to Ruby gorge over the weekend - hopefully more successful...

    Yes.

    Yes, my headlights need their regular top up of hazelnut skinny soy macchiato. Otherwise "BONG" and suspension faults all over the place.

    There are cold mornings in Alice... but colder in Orange - seems to have affected Muppet more. Bring on spring!
