With the right kit (Faultmate) you can enable the 4x4 info screen.
Bluetooth can be retrofitted too.
There are a few things I am missing about the Jeep... Performance wise, I had a diesel chip in the Jeep and I think It would have the Disco in a drag race, I also didn't realize I couldn't hook up my phone to the Disco stereo via Bluetooth, although the Disco has a heaps better sound system!
The model I have hasn't got the 4x4 info on the sat nav screen. That and the bluetooth are my only minor concerns

I've been looking at the Faultmate and the NANOCOM. Not sure If I can justify spending that sort of coin to get the 4x4 info screen. I have a G-Scan and some other programming tools at work which I am looking forward to having a play with.
I can live without Bluetooth for the time being, It does have an aux input which I can make do with at the moment.
I've also ordered a LLAMS kit
Firstly, congratulations on getting your D3 - awesome car! Just be a bit cautious with chips on the D3's though. From memory they only alter a couple of parameters (like fuelling) and can often lead to engine damage if you turn up the wick too much. You will probably be better off with a re-map to reliably get the most out of your engine. Look elsewhere on the forum for some tips and advice of others who have gone the chip vs remap route before you proceed. Use the AULRO only search engine at the bottom left of the page for best results. Good luck with whatever you choose and look forward to hearing more about your new beastie!!
