Hi guys, im in need of a bit of advise.


I have a D3 HSE and wish to install some driving lights using a relay coming off the high beams. I have installed driving lights plenty of times before but I know land rovers can be know for their electrical "issues". does anyone know if its going to be a drama if I cut the high beam wire to join the driving light relay to it? obviously rewiring the high beam up again after.


any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Tom,

I tapped into my high beam at the back of the passenger side headlight to run a light bar, and all good here.

Switchable inside the car to comply with the law.
