    There are 2 DRL settings, one Canadian and the other Scandinavian. I have the Scandinavian setting enabled on mine which turns on both front and rear. I believe the Canadian setting only enables the front lights.

    Sorry for the late reply, I have an IIDTool. But I think dealers can enable them.

    Its not just the lights set on delay.
    You can modify this setting from the steering wheels settings. It may be set on either 30, 60, 90, 120, 240 seconds. The later vehicles i think have less settings for time.
