Thread: Manual Unlock Not Working

Manual unlock still doesn't work. Walked out today and pressed Key Fob and Voila. It unlocked. This Disco is driving me crazy. Thank goodness it was parked on the driveway not in a $30 an hour car park. Word of warning. I locked car with the windows down and the inside locks won't open if car is locked with Fob so coat hanger won't work. I need to get the emergency unlock seen to. Looks like my playing around with key fobs yesterday has triggered some anti theft device.

Andrew your good idea about unlocking with a flat battery has me thinking that keeping my charger and the white trailer plug connector in the back of the car is not the best idea. I hope with two batteries things never get that flat.

Yes please. I will investigate parts cost. It would appear that without this working the only way in would be to break a window in an emergency.

Yep, severe brutality is required if the lock does not work. Also if you have tinted windows you would find that breaking the glass is no small feat either (someone broke into mine a couple of years ago and did massive damage to the door trying to get in and then broke the passenger side window with great difficulty and still only got an arm sized hole before they buggered off).
