    No way they would fit my D4 without severe fowling on steering. My tyres are 31.6 or thereabouts and rub slightly on steering, and on full articulation.

    Look at the GOE web site for a pretty comprehensive list of available tyres for 18 inch wheels.

    In 265/60-18 the Archilles Desert Hawk x-mt....nice and aggressive.

    Or these Wranglers.

    Can't find a great deal of anything in 265/70-18...they seem to be an unusual size.

    I did look at the Goodyear Duratrac's, but is the 110 load rating a concern as it's right on the Discovery 3 minimum? Great looking tyre though!

    The Achilles Desert Hawk X-MT's are getting good reviews both here and elsewhere online for a mud tyre option. Haven't seen any negative comments yet.

    Don't you hate it when web sites lie!...

    Try putting the same tyre sizes in here: Tire Size Comparison ... That's where my numbers came from

    Apparently I calculated the circumference of tires that are 18/265 R70 rather that 265/70 R18

    Obviously I need an idiot proof tyre calculator
